I hardly use White Rice Flour. I only use it to mix with Sticky Rice Flour, so the dough can be firm enough to shape.

I searched Wiki, but couldn’t find one for sweet rice flour or sticky rice flour, but I did see “sticky rice” over there. And it did mention ‘glutinous rice flour’ in the article.
