Chop ribs along the bone, then put into the cold water pot, add some vinegar and cooking oil, and a few slices of ginger root, medium high heat bring it to boil. Turn off heat, let it sit for about 5 minutes, take ribs, rinse off.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pre-heat oven to 400\u00b0F\/200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>4.
