冰箱剩下的菜不多了,拼拼凑凑,炒了这个芦笋虾仁。
芦笋,虾仁,洋葱,调味料。
做法:
2、洋葱切块,芦笋切段。
3、炒锅倒油烧热,中大火把洋葱炒香。
5、按自己的口味加入调味料。
我喜欢炒的清淡一些,所以就只加了盐还有少许糖。
6、调味料炒匀即可出锅。

Method:
1. Clean shrimp, make sure the black vein is removed.
2. Chop onion into chunk, and chop asparagus into short strip.
3. Heat up skillet, add cooking oil, cook onion until tender on medium high heat.
4. Add shrimp and onion into skillet, stir until shrimp change color.
5. Add seasoning to your taste.
I don’t like heavy seasoning, so I just used salt and a pinch sugar.
6. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
