肉丸炒白菜

我很喜欢吃炒白菜,又快又省事。

肉丸炒白菜材料:

白菜,洋葱,木耳,肉丸,调味料。

做法:

肉丸炒白菜1、木耳用水泡发,清理干净,沥干水分待用。

2、白菜帮叶分开切片,洋葱切块,肉丸切成两半。

3、炒锅倒油烧热,放入洋葱炒软,然后放入肉丸略炒。

肉丸炒白菜4、把白菜帮和木耳倒进锅,煸炒至白菜帮变软,然后放入白菜叶炒软。

5、加盐、糖和醋调味,炒匀即可出锅。

我炒白菜一般会多放一点醋。

Stir fried napa is one of my favorite dish, it’s quick and easy, and it tastes good. The change on this dish is other ingredients cooking with napa.

napa, woodear, onion, meatball, seasoning

Methods:

Stir Fried Napa with Meatball and Woodear1. Soak woodears in cold water, then clean them up, tear big pieces into small pieces (about same size as napa and onion).

2. Chop napa and onion into pieces, chop meatball into half.

I prefer chop napa leaves and napa white separately. You can click the link to see details on chopping napa cabbage: How to Chop Napa Cabbage.

3. Heat up skillet, add cooking oil, saute onion on medium heat until tender.

5. Saute napa white until tender, then add napa leaves, saute until leaves get tender.

6. Add seasoning, stir well, then serve.

I normally would use more vinegar when stir fry napa.

我是在网上看到这个的,实在是很喜欢,觉得很漂亮,味道也应该很不错。就忍不住试了试,味道果然不错。

火腿鸡蛋杯材料:

薄火腿片,鸡蛋,小葱叶,调味料。

做法:

火腿鸡蛋杯1、烤箱预热 375 华氏度。

2、取 2-3 片火腿,一片片略微错开一点,叠起来,放在小烤盘或者蛋糕杯里面。

3、把鸡蛋直接打到烤盘里面,火腿上面。

火腿鸡蛋杯4、鸡蛋上面撒上盐和胡椒粉,然后再撒上葱花。

5、放入烤箱烤 20 分钟左右,或者等鸡蛋烤到你想要的程度。

烤 20 分钟,蛋黄会凝固。如果你喜欢溏心蛋,时间可以适当缩短。

I fell in love with the look when I saw it online. I know it’s going to taste good so I tried it. And it was good.

thin sliced ham, egg, green onion leaves, seasoning.

Methods:

2. Take 2-3 slices of ham, overlap on each other, then set in muffin cup or individual baking dish.

3. Crack eggs, pour one egg in each cup.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until eggs are set to your taste.

With 20-minute-baking, egg yolk should not be running.

所有炒菜里面,我最喜欢的就是炒蛋。基本上,什么东西都能拿来被我拿来炒蛋,什么样的炒蛋我都喜欢吃。

虾仁炒蛋材料:

鸡蛋,虾仁,蒜苗,调味料。

做法:

虾仁炒蛋虾仁炒蛋1、蒜苗切碎。

2、鸡蛋打散,和蒜苗一起拌匀。

3、炒锅倒油烧热,中大火把虾仁炒至变色,倒入鸡蛋糊拌匀。

5、给鸡蛋翻面,直到底部凝固。如果还有鸡蛋没有完全凝固,就继续快速给蛋饼翻面,直到鸡蛋完全凝固。

Stir fried eggs is my most favorite among all the stir fry dishes. I can pretty much stir fry everything with eggs.

4 eggs, shrimps, garlic leaves, seasoning.

Methods:

Stir Fried Eggs with Shrimp1. Chop garlic leaves into small pieces.

2. Clean shrimp, drain, pat dry with paper towel.

3. Crack eggs, beat well, pour garlic leaves into it, mix with seasoning, such as salt and white pepper powder.

Stir Fried Eggs with Shrimp4. Heat up skillet, add cooking oil, saute shrimp until color change on medium high heat.

5. Pour shrimp into egg mixture, mix well.

6. Heat up skillet on high heat, add more than normal cooking oil.

8. Keep cooking until new bottom get firm. Flip more if needed until eggs are fully cooked.

9. Transfer to plate and serve.

我在找餐包的配方,这款虽然不是我想要的,不过味道还是不错的,所以我就放上来了。

小餐包材料:

2 小勺干酵母,1.25 杯温牛奶,3 大勺黄油,1 个鸡蛋,4 大勺蜂蜜,1/2 小勺盐,3 杯面粉。

做法:

小餐包1、干酵母和等量白糖混匀,用 1/4 杯温牛奶化开,静置几分钟直到表面充满气泡。

2、融化黄油,然后和剩下的牛奶、蜂蜜混匀。

可以留下半小勺蜂蜜和水混匀,做表面刷液。

小餐包3、1 杯面粉和剩下的白糖、盐混匀,然后和酵母液、鸡蛋和起来。

4、把和好的面团 跟剩余的材料混在一起和成均匀的面团,饧发到原来的两倍大。

5、烤箱预热 350 华氏度,用不沾油喷烤盘内层。

小餐包6、把面团均匀的分成小面团,把表面揉光滑,放入烤盘,静置到饧发到原来的两倍大,刷上蜂蜜水。

我是按重量分的,每 1.5oz 一份。

7、饧好的面包生坯放入烤箱,烤 20-25 分钟左右。

I’m looking for yeast roll’s recipe, this is not the exact one I’m looking for, but it’s a good one, so I decided to post the recipe here.

Yeast RollIngredients:

2 tsp dry yeast, 1/4 + 1 cup warm milk, 3 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 large egg, 4 tbsp honey, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 + 2 cups flour.

Methods:

Yeast Roll1. Mix dry yeast with same amount sugar, then soak in 1/4 cup warm milk. Set aside for 5-10 minutes or until you see a lot of bubbles.

2. Mix 1 cup flour, sugar and salt.

3. Mix egg and yeast mixture with flour mixture.

Yeast Roll4. Melt butter, mix with milk and honey, add into flour mixture, add 2 cups flour, punch until dough get smooth.

You can leave 1/2 tsb honey out, mix with water, this will be your coating mixture.

5. Coat dough lightly with cooking oil, cover with a damp cloth (I prefer plastic wrap), set aside until it’s double-sized.

Yeast Roll6. Use non-stick spray to coat the baking dish.

7. Separate dough evenly (I did 1.5oz each), form it into a roll, set it in baking dish. Repeat until you are done with the dough, brush it with honey mixture. Set aside until the rolls are double-sized.

8. Preheat oven to 350ºF, bake for 20-25 minutes.

粟米蟹肉羹

家里剩下了一点蟹肉,数量太少,不好做什么,于是决定用蟹肉做个汤。

材料:

蟹肉,小葱,半个小洋葱,1 个大蘑菇,1 个鸡蛋,1 罐浓玉米汤

粟米蟹肉羹做法:

1、把洋葱、葱花、蘑菇切碎。

2、用油把洋葱炒软。

3、煮锅加水烧开,加入洋葱、蘑菇,大火烧开。

4、在锅里倒入玉米汤,烧开。

粟米蟹肉羹5、一小勺淀粉加冷水调匀,慢慢倒进锅,同时快速搅拌。

6、鸡蛋打散,慢慢倒进锅,同时快速搅拌。

7、把葱花和调味料一起倒进锅搅匀,滴入几滴香油。

I had some left over crab claws. They are not enough for another meal, so I decided to cook a soup with the meat.

crab meat, 1 can creamy corn, 1 large oyster mushroom, 1/2 small onion, 1 egg, some green onion leaves, corn starch, seasoning.

Methods:

1. Chop onion into small pieces, saute until tender.

2. Chop mushroom into small pieces.

4. Add mushroom, corn into pan, bring to boil again.

5. Mix corn starch with a little bit water, mix well then slowly pour into pan, stir at same time.

6. Crack egg, the beat well, slowly pour into sauce pan, stir quickly at same time.

7. Chop green onion leaves into small pieces, add into sauce pan with seasoning to taste.

8. Add several drops of sesame oil then serve.
