家里剩下了一点蟹肉,数量太少,不好做什么,于是决定用蟹肉做个汤。
材料:
蟹肉,小葱,半个小洋葱,1 个大蘑菇,1 个鸡蛋,1 罐浓玉米汤
1、把洋葱、葱花、蘑菇切碎。
2、用油把洋葱炒软。
3、煮锅加水烧开,加入洋葱、蘑菇,大火烧开。
4、在锅里倒入玉米汤,烧开。
6、鸡蛋打散,慢慢倒进锅,同时快速搅拌。
7、把葱花和调味料一起倒进锅搅匀,滴入几滴香油。
I had some left over crab claws. They are not enough for another meal, so I decided to cook a soup with the meat.
crab meat, 1 can creamy corn, 1 large oyster mushroom, 1/2 small onion, 1 egg, some green onion leaves, corn starch, seasoning.
Methods:
1. Chop onion into small pieces, saute until tender.
2. Chop mushroom into small pieces.
3. Pour water into sauce pan, add onion, bring boil on high heat.
4. Add mushroom, corn into pan, bring to boil again.
5. Mix corn starch with a little bit water, mix well then slowly pour into pan, stir at same time.
6. Crack egg, the beat well, slowly pour into sauce pan, stir quickly at same time.
7. Chop green onion leaves into small pieces, add into sauce pan with seasoning to taste.
8. Add several drops of sesame oil then serve.
烙了这么多年的饼,还是第一次烙这种口袋饼。起因便是我和朋友聊起的熏肉大饼。聊天之后在网上查到了这种饼的做法,然后就一时手痒烙了几张。
面粉,油,调味料。
做法:
1、在面粉里慢慢加入冷水,同时快速搅拌,然后把面絮和成软面团,略饧。
2、面粉里面加盐和胡椒粉,然后加油拌成不太浓稠的油酥。
3、把面团分成均匀的几份,然后每份擀成长型的薄面片,上面刷上油酥,边缘留空。
4、把面片折起来,直到全部折完。
5、把折好的面片从中间折起,然后再折一次,用手指把四角向中间推进去。
6、把折好的饼坯擀薄。
7、平底锅烧热,倒入一点油,中小火把饼坯烙至底部金黄,翻面再烙好另一面。
8、烙好的饼从中间切开,然后把饼层慢慢分开,使饼成口袋型。
9、在饼中放入肉和菜,开吃!
I never made this type of flat bread before. I was talking with a friend about some local food in China, and they use pocketed flat bread. I decided to google online to find out how to make them.
flour, cooking oil, seasoning.
Methods:
1. Mix flour with cold water, form a solid but soft ball, set aside for a while, punch the dough again, then separate dough into several even pieces.
2. Mix cooking oil with salt, pepper and flour, mix into not-too-thick batter, this is your filling batter.
3. Roll each pieces into a flat thin sheet, then spread with filling batter, leave edge unspreaded.
4. Fold sheet from one end, all the way until the other end.
5. Fold the folded sheet halfway, then fold it again. Use your fingers push the 4 corners into center.
6. Roll the folded sheet into a flat sheet again.
7. Heat up frying pan, add a little bit cooking oil, heat the rolled sheet on medium low heat. Flip when the bottom is golden brown.
8. Cut the flat bread in center, carefully separate from layers, then fill flat bread with whatever your filling meat/vegetable is.
This is one of my favorites way to cook wings. I think most of people like it.
Chicken Wings, Coke, seasoning.
Methods:
1. Clean all the wings, cut each wing into 3 pieces: drum, flat and tip.
2. Use paper towel to pat dry all the wings.
3. Heat up skillet, add cooking oil. Saute wings until wings change color and get dry.
4. Add pepper, sugar, salt and ginger powder into skillet, mix well. Then add some soybean sauce, keep stirring until wings are coated evenly.
5. Add coke to almost cover all the wings. Medium high heat with lid covered, cook until the juice get thicker. Flip every 5 minutes.
6. Transfer to plate to serve.
One of my Friends gave me some blueberry. I don’t eat blueberry as fruit, but I do love cooking with it.
2 eggs, 2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder, 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons melted butter, ¾ teaspoon salt, 1 cup blueberries
Methods:
1. Rinse blueberry, pick out all the bad ones, use paper towel to pat dry, set aside.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, set aside.
3. Mix butter with 1/2 cup milk, pour over flour mixture.
4. Add another 1/2 cup milk and eggs, mix well until batter get smooth.
5. Add blueberry into batter, mix well.
6. Heat up frying pan on medium heat, add a little bit cooking oil, pour 1/2 cup batter into pan, spread evenly.
7. Flip pancake carefully when you see bubbles come out and pop.
8. Cook pancake until both side get golden brown.
9. Serve with syrup and butter.
I like to eat pancake plain. It tastes good without syrup.
我很少做这种西式的早餐煎饼。这次之所以起意是因为朋友给了我一些蓝莓。我还是很喜欢用蓝莓做点什么点心之类的,这次就做了这个蓝莓煎饼。
2 个鸡蛋,1 大勺泡打粉(baking powder),1.5 杯面粉,1 杯牛奶,3 大勺白糖,3 大勺黄油,半小勺盐,1 杯蓝莓。
做法:
2、把面粉、白糖、泡打粉和盐混匀。
3、黄油融化后和半杯牛奶混匀,倒入面粉混合物。
5、把蓝莓倒入面糊,拌匀。
6、平底锅中火烧热,倒入一点点油,然后倒入半杯面糊,摊平。
8、煎饼底部煎至表面金黄即可。
9、浇上糖浆、抹上黄油即可开吃。
我其实比较喜欢就这么直接吃,这样更能吃到蓝莓的香。
I’m not a regular potato salad fun, I like the one with ranch much better.
4 medium size potatoes, 4 eggs, 4 strips of bacon
ranch, mayo
1. Boil potato and egg, then peel and chop into small cubes.
2. Pan fry bacon, remove from heat before it gets crispy. Use kitchen towel to pat dry, then break into pieces.
3. Mix same amount ranch and mayo.
4. Mix potato, egg and bacon, then pour mayo mixture over it, mix well.
5. Keep it refrigerated before serving.
